DESIGN AND STYLE
We analyzed the wing section of the original winglets, preserving and significantly reducing it to reach a compromise in terms of function and aesthetics.
We then relied on CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) calculations to verify adequate downforce for road use (75% compared to the original configuration).
For the realization of the wing profiles and the support structure we used the HP Multijet 3D printing process, which guarantees excellent resistance and lightness properties associated with complete freedom of design and shapes, while for the aesthetic part we opted for the carbon fiber which has always been known for its extraordinary qualities of lightness and resistance.
